Raw Puer Tea

Raw Puer is tea made camelia sinensis assamica by a process of ‘frying’ or sha qing which is then sun dried. It is then called mao cha. If it does not undergo further processing, other than steaming and pressing where it is made into cakes, bricks, etc. it is called Raw or sheng Puer tea.
